With the collapse of the health system in the Gaza Strip, obtaining even simple treatment — medication for a chronic illness, or follow-up care for a wound that was never treated properly — has become a daily challenge for thousands of displaced people.

Through the treatment programme, we work to close this gap by providing primary medical care and essential medicines to the sick and injured in areas of displacement, and connecting them to available health services wherever possible. Every medicine that arrives in time is a life that would otherwise have been lost — that is what treatment means in Gaza today.
