Dawah Relief Foundation’s sponsorship of the school is not limited to academic teaching. It extends to building a well-rounded national and humanitarian awareness through organised events, each documented in a detailed official report.

In conditions whose severity is hard to imagine — repeated displacement and cuts to water and electricity — our students chose to study when they could have given up, and chose excellence when surrender would have been easier. The ceremony was not only an announcement of academic success, but a public acknowledgement of their determination, while explosions sounded outside the window.

• A celebration combining entertainment with awareness of children’s rights, including a range of competitions.
• Foundation support with prizes and gifts for the winning pupils.
• Distribution of water, juice and chocolate to all pupils.
• Awareness cards about children’s rights.

• A drawing exhibition titled “Brush and Colours Despite the Aggression (2)” showcasing pupils’ talents.
• The foundation arranged the full logistics of the event (lighting, posters, cards).
• Honouring the winners of the drawing competition with prizes from the foundation.

• An event combining the commemoration of the Nakba with a ceremony honouring top performers in the examinations.
• A theatrical performance and dialogue in English about the right of return.
• Honouring the teaching staff and the outstanding pupils.
• Moving images of displaced Palestinian towns and cities.

• A shared iftar for the school’s pupils in a warm Ramadan atmosphere.
• Distribution of meals, water and sweets to all pupils.
• Awareness and spiritual activities accompanying the iftar.

• A national programme including the foundation’s active participation in planting olive trees within the school.
• Planting olive trees with the foundation and the pupils taking part.
• Distribution of water, sweets and information cards about Land Day.

• A live press meeting with a released prisoner, alongside a moving national artistic performance.
• Full foundation support for logistics and hospitality.
• Distribution of awareness cards about the cause of the prisoners.
